How to Connect & Screen Mirror to the Display in Meeting Rooms Network Access Staff: Connect to XR Wi-Fi using UniFi Identity Guests: Connect to XR-IoT Wi-Fi using password: meetings@xr For Mac Users (AirPlay) Click the Control Center icon on the top-right corner of your screen. Select Screen Mirroring. Choose the display name (e.g., “[LG] Londen”). If you don't see the display, click See More Enter the AirPlay code shown on the TV (if prompted). To stop mirroring, click Screen Mirroring again and select Stop Mirroring. For Windows (PC) Users Press Windows + K on your keyboard. Choose the display name (e.g., “[LG] Londen”). Select Connect to start screen sharing. Accept the Prompt on the TV To stop, press Windows + K again and click Disconnect. Option 2 – Wired (HDMI) Plug the HDMI cable into your laptop’s HDMI port or adapter. Use Windows + P to choose a display mode: Duplicate – mirror your screen Extend – use as a second display Adjust sound output (if needed): Right-click the speaker icon → Sound Settings → choose the room display.
