Installing the Atera Agent on Your Crossroads MacBook or iMac

To install the new Atera Agent on your Crossroads MacBook or iMac, please follow these steps:

1. Activate Spotlight Search:

· Press the Command (⌘) + Spacebar keys simultaneously.

· Spotlight Search

2. Open Terminal:

· Type "Terminal" in the Spotlight Search bar and press Enter.

· Terminal Search

3. Run the Installation Command:

· Copy and paste the following command into the Terminal window:

· Press Enter to start the download and installation process.

4. Complete the Installation:

· Wait for the process to reach 100%.

· Once completed, close the Terminal window.

· Installation Complete
