Macbook - Adding an approved Network Printer (not Canon Business Printers)
To add a networked printer to your Macbook.
Determine the IP address for the printer.
Make sure to be on the same network as the printer.
Click on the Apple>System Preferences>Printer & Scanners

Select Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax...

Fill in the Printer Information (see example)
Click Add

Click OK

Printer should now be added to your Macbook.
