[Rollout] - Multifactor Authenticator (MFA) Setup

On a browser login to Office Portal

On login, you should see a similar window

Click Next
On the Additional Security Verification Step 1

Set to Mobile App
Select Receive Notifications for Verification
Click on Setup

Download either of these:

Microsoft Authenticator App

If you want to use either Authy or Google Authenticator, select, I want to use a different app.

Google Authenticator
- iOS
- Android

Open app and Agree to Privacy Statement
Tap on scan a QR Code
Give App permissions to take Pictures while using the App
Scan the QR Code on your browser
Okay App Lock Enabled (If using Android)
On the browser, click Next
Add your mobile phone number
