How to get Started?
1. Log into Microsoft Office Portal
- Go to https://office.com
- Sign in with your Crossroads Account

2. On another browser tab, go to XR Portal
- Go to https://portal.crossroadschurch.com
- Click on Login
- On the next screen, Sign in with SSO
- You should be automatically signed into XR Portal

3. Go to Teams
- On Teams left panel, click on RA-7
- Type your request.
*If RA-7 is not listed, click on the Apps icon, search for RA-7 and click add.
