To submit a request on Monday, go to Design | Print Requests

Under your ministry’s board, click “Add Item” and add the title of your request

Click “Open” to add the details of your request
Please use the following as a guide to submit your request:
Please have your content COPY & PASTE ready. If you want a designed post card, you need to have content separated out by Front & Back. If you are requesting Social Images please separate out the content by each post. This process is the same for all requests being submitted.
Please share any applicable pictures, colors, and examples. We need as much clarity and description on this as possible. If you leave the design to us this is considered a "surprise me" request which means we will not offer more than 1 revision on the design.
We hope to make this easier on your teams so we have provided a list of all the design offers we have. Please feel free to copy and paste them in your request and use the checkbox option MONDAY offers so we can be sure to provide all your designs at once.

After adding all the details of your request, click “Update”

Under the columns along the side:

Tag yourself as the “Requester”
-
Select what type of Request this is
-
Select your Ministry
-
Select your in-hand due date

You can leave “Designer” and “Project Status” alone when you submit a request.

If there is a printing component to your request, select the # of prints needed. (You can also note the quantity next to the content, especially if there are multiple items to be printed)
Once your design is complete, the status will change to “Ready for Proofing”. If everything looks correct and you have items to print, you will then change the status to the green “Scheduled to Print (Copy Center)”. This is how Copy Center will be alerted to print your items. If you have a revision, reply with your comments and change the status to “Revision Needed”. If everything is complete and you do not need any prints, you can change the status to “Approved” and download the content.
DESIGN & PRINT TIMELINES :
3 weeks turnaround time for series packages
3 weeks (design only) for merch
2 weeks ordering turnaround time (Comms team orders all merch to be sold through vendors ONLY. Ministry items that are needed for ministry use can be ordered by you, with design approval from the Comms team)
4 week turnaround time for booklets (any, in-house or outsourced)
Outsourced - 7 business days
In-house - 1 week printing timeline
3 weeks turnaround for signage (design only)
7 business days for ordering (ministries are responsible for ordering all of their own signage)
1 week (5 business days) turnaround time
If you need something on Friday, it should be submitted the Friday prior to give us a full 5 business days of printing time
