How to open a "Shared Mailbox" in Outlook.com
Open Outlook on a browser. (portal.office.com>Outlook)
Select Initials on the top right of the portal (Account Manager)>Open Another Mailbox.
Type in the Shared Mailbox email address that you were given membership to view.
The Shared Mailbox will appear in a new tab.
